Ron

In the video of Ron it seemed like he has anger issues he was on hold for like 5 minutes which I would be pretty pissed to but he didn't have to start threatening. That was not a good idea. He could of just said I been on hold for 5 minutes I'm getting a little impatient. Can you kinda of hurry please I have things to do myself instead of just being on hold from you guys so just please hurry so I can finish my things that I gotta do..
